Pine (Scotch) is a fresh, clearing, slightly woody oil. It is a great oil to use for respiratory problems, muscular aches and pains and winter colds. The fresh, resinous aroma of this oil makes it a very good choice for 10-minute steam inhalations during the cold winter months.
